A Closer Look At Hazel's Hands
Hazel’s Hands Inc is a community-based organization serving hundreds of at-risk youth, vulnerable children, and foster families each year. Hazel’s Hands provides resources, assistance and support to youth in foster care,
kinship, and aged out foster youth.
